Goods once ordered - are processed only upon receipt of payments as per the payment terms defined by the vendor/OEM or in special cases by OpEzee. Placing an order does not imply start of timeline for delivery of the order. You will get a confirmed message upon receipt of full payment for start of order processing.

After payments have been received - orders cannot be cancelled.

OpEzee interfaces with vendors and OEMs to arrange for returns or repairs as may be needed. Placing an order does not however guarantee the ability to return and this is governed by the policies and rules of the OEM/Supplier of the product or services.
